THE VISION BEHIND THE RESOURCES

The In-Gathering was born not from a human idea, but from a divine burden—a God-given urgency to raise Christ-like leaders for the King and His Kingdom. What began as a small discipleship expression on campuses in Nigeria has grown into a territorial move of God, touching multiple cities and nations with one clarion call:

Recruit leaders || Equip Leaders || Deploy leaders : Impact Generations.

This e-library is an extension of that mandate. We believe that equipping should not be limited by geography, capacity, or time. The digital space allows us to place tools of transformation into the hands of any believer, anywhere, who is hungry to grow and ready to labor.

Every resource here has been:

  • Tested in real ministry contexts – on campuses, in marketplaces, in discipleship circles
  • Refined through prayer and practice – these are not theoretical but applied truths
  • Crafted with multiplication in mind – designed to be shared, taught, and reproduced


OUR CORE CONVICTIONS

  1. The harvest is urgent – It is plentiful, white, and waiting (Matthew 9:37–38).
  2. Every believer is a laborer – Not just clergy, but all who are called by Christ’s name.
  3. Discipleship is the engine of the Great Commission – We make disciples who make disciples.
  4. Equipping is essential, not optional – Laborers need training, tools, and truth.
  5. The Kingdom advances through spiritual family – We grow, learn, and fight together.

MEET THE AUTHOR & VISIONARY

Dr. Akintola Akinwumi Adedayo is a medical doctor specializing in hematology, a disciple-maker, and the convener of The In-Gathering. His unique journey—from the hospital laboratory to the harvest field—has given him a passionate burden to integrate professional excellence with spiritual mission, and to raise up a generation of “Captains” who will influence every sphere of society for Christ.

These resources flow from his hands-on leadership of campus trainings, marketplace mobilizations, and discipleship hubs across Nigeria and beyond.
